Just south of the city, along the shores of Lake Michigan, Bay View is a hip and eclectic neighborhood popular with families and young professionals alike. We offer two Studio Suites located on the corner of Kinnickinnic and Homer, near the historic Avalon Theater building. Each Suite includes kitchenettes with utensils, dishes and cookware, perfect for the business traveler or extended stays. Smart TV, Wifi, street parking, just steps from laundromat, restaurants, coffee shops and the local library. A short drive to grocery stores, downtown and Mitchell International Airport.

Please Note: There is no daily housekeeping or breakfast at the Bay View location. After three nights, housekeeping will be scheduled. There is a two night minimum stay requirement.

 Please Note: There are only stairs leading to the studio suites, there is no elevator.

DEPOSIT POLICY: The first night of your stay will be charged to the credit card on file as a deposit 48 hours prior to your arrival.  The remaining balance due, if applicable, will be charged on the day of check-in.  Changes to reservation may be made up to 48 hours prior to check in at no additional cost or fee.

GUEST POLICY INFORMATION

All rates based on double occupancy. Facility is smoke free and vape free. We cannot accommodate pets. Failure to follow these policies could result in additional charges. Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am on your check-out date. Failure to vacate by check-out time will result in additional charges unless arrangements have been pre-approved. Late arrival or an early departure will not result in a credit or refund. Guests are personally responsible for all charges incurred on their account including extra guests, cleaning fees or property damage that may occur during your stay. Any charges which are not settled in full at time of check-out will be placed on the guest's credit card.  Sheridan's B&B is released from all liability if the guest chooses to utilize any of the facilities on this property. Sheridan's B&B is not responsible for loss or damage to any valuables. Sheridan's is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hour notice is required. Otherwise, you will be subject to a one night room and tax penalty. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. Regarding COVID-19:  All reservations booked after April 1st, 2020 normal Cancellation Policy applies, however, the Cancellation Fee may be applied to a future 2020 reservation.  For international guests, we are waiving the penalty entirely for 2020.  We are looking forward to your stay, if you have any questions feel free to contact us!
